MJO was retained by Omneon over a two-year period to provide full marketing support for the EMEA region, whilst they looked to recruit a marketeer into the role on a permanent basis. They needed someone who could hit the ground running, become fully integrated into their existing operations and work closely with their US headquarters, regional sales teams and agencies.
MJO was responsible for: definition and management of the regional marketing budget; management of the PR agency to produce regular press releases, editorial and case-studies; events, partner seminars and international tradeshows (including IBC, NAB, CABSAT, SATIS and NatExpo); print and online advertising; field marketing activities, including the organisation of annual partner summits.

Client: Megahertz Broadcast Systems (part of KIT digital Inc.)
MJO has been retained by Megahertz to help define the company’s marketing strategy and provide implementation support. With no dedicated resource in-house, Megahertz was able to rely on MJO to take responsibility for the marketing function and provide direction, based on our extensive knowledge of the broadcast market and experience of the international systems integration business.
Working closely with the management team, sales organisation and agencies, MJO has handled many activities including: marketing strategy; definition and management of quarterly marketing communications plans; development of sales tools and collateral; copywriting and material proofing; and international exhibition and tradeshow management (incl. IBC, Broadcast Video Expo and CABSAT).

MJO has helped Broadcast Networks Ltd, an independent broadcast system integrator, to raise its profile & generate sales leads through the definition & roll-out out a cost-effective & focused marketing plan, including:
- a new website (from design to build, including all copy & on-going support via their CMS);
- a communications plan with editorial, PR & advertising, delivering coverage in leading industry publications, such as TVB Europe, IBE & SVG Europe;
- design & delivery of advertising & sales collateral, including company brochures & show booth graphics;
- a mini-campaign to promote the company’s launch of a live-production solution at IBC 2011, with print & online advertising plus a QR-code driven mobile site to support the event, present the solution & capture sales leads.
